First you have to download any theme that you like from Kde-look

Then, go to Launch menu and open the Settings menu and click on Control center

Next, on the left menu called Main menu, click on Look & Feel

Next step, select Theme manager and the theme options will pop up on the right side of the window.Then, click on install new theme.... An exploration window will appear, find the file that contains the theme you have downloaded previously (it has an icon like a box). Click on open and the theme will appear on the themes menu (over the install new theme... button). Finally, select your new theme on the themes menu and apply the changes and voilá your theme will appear......
