First you have to download any splash screen that you like from Kde-look

Then, go to Launch menu and open the Settings menu and click on Control center

Next, on the left menu called Main menu, click on Look & Feel

Next step, select Splash Screen and the splash screen options will pop up on the right side of the window.Then, click on Add. An exploration window will appear, find the file that contains the splash screen you have downloaded previously . Click on open and the splash screen will appear on the menu (over the add button). Finally, select your new splash screen on the menu, apply the changes and the new splash screen will appear......
