Freespire 2.0 and all other versions of Linspire/Freespire have one common bug. They will not boot from the install or live CD if that CD DVD drive is on the hard drive's Primary IDE socket on the motherboard instead of the secondary one. So if you only have one IDE socket on your board and the rest are SATA sockets you are stuck. This seems simple enoulgh to fix.
