Hi, Gentlemen and Women,

I don't want to start off by complaining but, I and about every other person on your page is having a problem geting their modems or in my case my Broadband DSL service to connect to the web. I just dumped M.S. because of the frustration and the cost of upgrading and thought I would try a Free and Open system. Now I have one computer that cannot connect to the internet for reasons I am unable to figure out and one computer that is Windows based that does connect. So, I thought I could use the connected computer to fix My New Freespire system - Turns out the first thing that I see after finding the Freespire Page is - How much it's going to cost me to get my problem solved !. Why are you advertising Freespire as a free and open system if the first thing you want is a Fee for Repair ??? I am trying to get away from Fees. I am Disabled and unable to work. I recieve jack s____ from the government and it is getting to the point where it is getting toooo expensive to Breath !!. My only recreation is Surfing and I cann't get Freespire to connect.
